PGP/SPD help - when to get physio help?

This is my 3rd child and I had SPD/PGP with the previous 2 and ended up on crutches with both. I know what not to do and have so far managed to not aggravate it - mainly just pubic bone pain as I can feel it moving as I walk (with teeny tiny steps!).

But I have a new symptom. I am having pins and needles in one buttock and down the outer and back part of the thigh.

Is this something that needs urgent attention or can it wait until i can get a physio appointment?
