Generally my skin is fine and overall, is looking very healthy and people have complimented me on my 'pregnancy glow' however... I've noticed lots of little spots that keep cropping up on the edge of my lips / in the corner of my mouth. Never had this before, so can only assume it's a pregnancy thing... anyone else had this?
