just wondering if anyone has had a section here as i am booked for my elective a week on wednesday (yay!) so just wondering what to expect really

yes i have Nov 05, not an elective though, emergency. no problems with it.

lola01 - how long did you have to stay in for afterwards? midwife told me 5 days, consultant told me 3!

great ! take it there was no problem asking for an elective then !

i was in for 3 days but it was my second section. first one i was in for 5 days at the womens hospital..
