and jelly tots

Not actually vomiting but the nausea is constant. Can't stomach anything else.

It's awful this bit. Hope it passes soon.

Ginger normally seems to really help me out. A good strong not too sweet Ginger cordial like Duchy Originals or fiery ginger beer - but tbh today nothing's really helped at all

Really cold soda water with fresh lemon helped me get a tad of relief. Im 12+3 and have just started to feel better...its like a black cloud lifting.

have a look at the website blooming awful, on the left hand side (www.hyperemesis.org.uk i think). Ignore all the stuff on the home pages coz this doesn't refer to you, but on the left hand side is a menu- the self help tips are excellent and work, although you have to find which ones work for you with MS, I am afraid.

Ginger works for many, lucozade is a good tip if you really don't want to eat but need some energy- lived of fthe stuff! Even if you don't want to eat keep fluids up, foods like letuve and melon help a lot with that.

there's research too that links MS and nausea with tireedness in early PG, so do make sure you're getting plenty of rest. If oyu need to sign yourself off for a few days, so be it.

Good luck!
