4 weeks - period pains??

I have been having what feels like period pains for the last 2 days, has anyone else had this? Im 4 weeks pregnant. I had an ectopic pregnancy in November which I had to have surgery for so am scared of history repeating itself!

I had period like cramps from two to five weeks - I think it's common. Implantation cramps and the uterus stretching.

Normal unless they are very severe or with bleeding. I'm still having them at 11 weeks

Yep, same here. Just got my BFP and was surprised as thought I was about to start my period with the cramps! Congrats and good luck!
