Maternity pads, breast pads, plenty of spare knickers (make sure they are cotton, comfy, and cut high up in event of c sec), I would get black pjs /trackies in case of leaks, bottle of water, a couple of snacks (like an oaty bar or similar), chewing gum, a hand fan would be a nice extra as the wards are very warm, comfy baggy tops and nightie, maternity bra or comfy bra of your choice, toothbrush and toothpaste, note pad and pen, slippers
For baby : a few vests, a few sleep suits, plenty of newborn nappies, wipes or cotton wool whichever you choose to use, a blanket, a hat, a couple of Muslins, ready to use formula if you're using(you can get a starter pack so you don't need bottles)
Some money for partner to get yourselves something from vending machine if needed, YOUR MATERINTY NOTES!!!!!, any other home comforts you might want eg your own pillow or sheets
