Hard lump, top of uterus

Have felt it on and off when standing up but today, feels like I've strained something. Hurts to twist my body and when I press on / around the lump, it feels quite painful and bruised.

Anyone else had anything like this?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

How far along are you? Could it be the baby at a funny angle?

23+5.

Don't think so as it was protruding outwards y'day.

I think it might be a hernia that pops out every now and again?!

I certainly get hard protruding lumps when the baby is stretched out - I'm 26w with my second. Probably best to see GP or midwife though.
