DS1 was born at 38+2. This one's going to be a 'stayer', isn't he? I thought second babies were meant to be quicker :( Anyone else had a longer pregnancy second time around?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yup.

Fucking sucked.

Sorry.

Thanks fff (great username, I call DS Fab Five Freddie). Was it a 'proper' wait followed by induction at 42 weeks? Please say no :(

I can't talk for me but my mum had my brother at 42 weeks and had to be induced as he didn't want to budge. he's now nearly 6ft tall. I blame staying in too long xD

Anyone else have a looooong second pregnancy???

No, had an ELCS at 40-2. First one came out at 38.

To add insult to literal injury, I got my only stretch marks from both pregnancies after 38 weeks with second one.

It's okay, they're worth it. Most of the time.
