6+6

Chronic runs since weds last week. Docs on Friday - said I had gastroenteritis and low blood pressure but all else fine.

If still having the runs after a week to go back.

I'm a runs rather than a vom person when it comes to bugs or food poisoning or stress.

Anyone else ?

I've been worried about miscarrying :( but thankfully all seems fine with poppy (sore boobs and no bleeding)

I had horrendous stomach flu at 11 weeks. Couldn't get off the toilet for long enough to spew.
I'm now 31+4 and wee man is just fine.
Your little one is so well protected just now, he's deep inside you and he's taking everything he needs - which also makes you feel crummy!
If you're worried, phone your midwives to get checked.

I'm also a 'runs' person, it plagued my pregnancy. DS is totally fine though!

I often had the runs when I had awful nausea, seemed to be that rather that throwing up some days!

Having the shits is how I know I'm pregnant Grin

Only tends to last till about 8 weeks though.

I spent most of the first ten weeks of my pregnancy with diarrheoa and worried constantly about miscarrying, as I also had awful cramps with it. Am now 14 weeks and the baby is fine.

I had the runs at around 5-6 weeks too and worried about dislodging the baby. I'm now 36 weeks and her bum is wedged under my ribs he so it definitely didn't do any harm. Smile

Hope you feel better soon OP!
