Negative test but still no Period and now have symptoms of Eptopic Pregnancy

I don't know if I have asked in the right place. I have no previous experience to go on either. I have never been pregnant and usual get my period on time give a day or two.

I was due on three weeks ago this week, I have done two cheap pregnancy tests on the last two Wednesday's. But both have been Negative. For about one week now I have been getting what feel like period pains and then for two days now, I have been getting sharp pains to the right side of my belly. It comes and goes but I can feel it in my vagina too like a twinge. I have abit of pain in my back too but that's not unusual for me.

I have been unwell for about four weeks with a chesty cough, cold and perforated eardrums, so when i felt dizzy, I automatically put that down to feeling unwell.

But now i'm feeling a little better, and i'm still feeling the headaches and dizzyness and loose stools. But now i'm getting these pains, i'm concerned that it could be something more serious. I will test again on Wednesday and then if still negative, i'll try to book an appointment with my dr. But i'm not sure and was wondering if anybody could give me some advice please? It's not possible to diagnose these things over the internet. However, it is very possible to have an ectopic pregnancy without a possible test. If you think you have symptoms of ectopic pregnancy and a possibility of being pregnant, then you need to go and see a doctor as a matter of urgency. Do not wait until Wednesday. A thorough discussion, examination and some tests will be able to make a diagnosis, but an ectopic pregnancy is a medical emergency, not one that should be waited out.

Frankly there are enough red flags in your post to say that you should go to A&E tonight.
