I usually take pregnacare. I'm in my final trimester now and have been meaning to buy some Vitamin D tablets to take instead for a while now!

I have found some which contain 1000IU.

Is this enough? We need 10mg. I think it's enough, perhaps more than 10mg which I hope is okay?

Any help most appreciated. Thank you

I have the same ones, I'm pretty sure they're 25mg.

The recommended intake is 10 micrograms (0.01mg) of vit D in pregnancy, not 10mg.
