Early pregnancy symptoms

Im 5 weeks pregnant and feel like i have loads of symptoms! They are:
Sore throat, headache & feeling like im getting a cold.
Lower back ache, sometimes stomach pain but briefly, had this for about 3 weeks.
Constantly tired, thirsty. Discharge & green stool (tmi sorry)
Tender breasts, waring off now but omg they were painful but seem to just be changing shape everyday!
No sickness yet! Did anybody else experience these and how long did they last? I am thankful to have all of these in a way though

I'm 5 weeks and 5 days my very first symptoms before the bfp which made me do the test was feeling quite I'll sick and that was 3 days before AF was due I did my digital and bang pregnant lol symptoms so far since then are sickness not actually being sick heartburn getting hot and stretching feeling in utrus congratulations on you're bfp

For me the first trimester was the worst. One of my closest friends describe early pregnancy as a hell she would not wish on her worst enemy. But as you are already four weeks pregnant before you know it is also the shortest trimester.

Paracetamol is perfectly safe to take in pregnancy.
