I finally got an appointment for this vaccine but looking at the NHS website itbsays you can get it up to.32 weeks pregnant . I am now 35 weeks. Does anyone know about getting g it this late or should j not bother anymore

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'd get it, it's there to protect the baby once born too. Maybe speak to your midwife about it being late on though.

It takes two weeks to be affective so would advise to have it. It means by 37/40 you will have passed some immunity on to baby for the first few weeks of his life
