I'm 7w2d and the last few days I've hadone constant nausea from getting up to going to bed there is no break. It's really getting me down now and I've already had 2 days off work and I need to go back. Can't get in docs as there is industrial action going on. I've already tried ginger biscuits, ginger ale, tums and mints. Please tell me someone out there has a miracle cure I really can't take this anymore Sad

If you need time off work then you need time off, inform them in confidence that it is pregnancy related and it won't affect your sickness record. I found lime and soda, constant nibbling on food and lots of sleep helpful.

Work know I'm pregnant but it's a new job and I don't want them thinking I'm taking the micky so soon into it. I'm OK eating food so no issues there. I had a drink of lucozade about an hour ago and it seems to have helped so I'm gonna continue with that I think. Partner has just come back with some sea band for me so I'm hoping that helps too. Thank you for your suggestions I'm open to trying anything right now

I suffering from the same. I've found eating helps as not being sick so far (apart from first thing). Salted Pringles, grapes, fizzy water/coke/lemonade and most importantly rest.
I had my first feeling slightly normal afternoon/evening yesterday having forced myself to have lunch and snacks before I got hungry and watching DVDs in bed (took day off).
I just have the fear of a repeat scan today to find out if there is a baby or blighted ovum :(.

I agree, eating (for me, it's not so important what but frequent, at least every two hours) and sleeping.... In my first pregnancy, I even had to eat something in the middle of the night, now in my second one I discovered chewing gum. Am normally not keen on it at all but now sleeping the whole night with one in the mouth.

When I suffered in early pregnancy
I found sipping Coca Cola helped
Dry toast
Ginger make (dh makes a lovely one)

Eating regularly I find important in early pregnancy every 2-3 hours even a few nuts or something helps keep the sickness at bay.

So far my saviours have been lemonade - warmed slightly with half a tea spoon of sugar in to take the fizz out and ice lollies!

Some days I just stick to arrowroot biscuits every 20 or so minutes

I'm 14 weeks today and my sickness has only just started easing, hopefully it will get better for you soon x

Sweet & salty popcorn, satsumas, grapes, 7up and salt & vinegar Pringles are my saviours!
