I am trying to remove hood to wash. For the life of me can not undo the plastic butterfly screws at side, one is so nearly off but after 30 minutes and fingers now dented from the pressure it just wont come off. Do you have any tips/suggestions? Am i being a total idiot and missing something ie. meant to be using a tool/yanking rather than turning etc? its very loose and basically at the top but will not further unscrew. Getting desperate as baby nearly here!!
