I'm at12+2, have had no nausea this pregnancy and even not a lot of food aversions or anything. This morning woke up with a headache and an hour later was in the bathroom vomiting - no nausea, just needed to throw up. Called the midwife and she told me to take some paracetamol. Soon as I took the pills and a little toast, it all came back up. I still feel like I could eat but don't think my stomach is stable. Is it a warning sign to suddenly have a change like this? I never threw up my whole first pregnancy.

I'm 12+2 as well and also had no nausea (or any other real symptoms) apart from a day of a vomiting bug. Could you have a bug instead of it being ms? I hope you feel better soon.
