Serola belt for SPD?

Has anyone got one of these? Did it help? My osteopath has recommended it but they're expensive so I'd really want it to be effective if I got one.

Helped me enormously for a few weeks. Now I'm 39+6 I'm finding it uncomfortable as too restrictive (baby is v low) but the SPD is better than it was a week ago...

Thanks for the feedback, I think I'll get one as I'm desperate enough to try anything at the moment!

Yes for definite! 2nd pregnancy and wearing belt again....worth every penny!
