At Friday lunch time I developed a really painfully achey lower back which lasted hours then was ok ish. The in the night was bad, then ok for most of yesterday, then bad in the night again last night for a few hours. I know lower back pain is vey common but I assumed it would be constant rather than come and go. I was initially worried that it was UTI spread to my kidneys (Im on my 3rd UTI but I have no fever so that ruled that out). I'm only 31.5 weeks pregnant so I don't think it's pre-labour signs. Anyone else suffer from similar?
