Early pregnancy and Gaviscon

I'm nearly 7 weeks and suffering with indigestion, bloating and generally uncomftable in my tummy area. I didn't feel like this with my dd until I was at least 6 months and back then the doctor advised gaviscon which helped me massively.

I'm not due at docs til end of nxt week and just wondered is it safe this early on to take it?? Feel so bloated xx

Gaviscon is fine to take at any stage of pregnancy, I have been taking it since I was about 6 weeks pg

Rennies are also fine during pregnancy. I've also been suffering with indigestion and bloating a lot and I'm only 10 weeks!

It's fine. I used to get through buckets of the stuff during pregnancy. Peppermint tea can work too.
