Sertraline - early or late baby?

Hi all

I've been taking 50mg of sertraline since around 20 weeks. I'm now 26 weeks and will continue on meds for the rest of my pregnancy.

I've read that sertraline in pregnancy can increase the chances of early labour. I was wondering if anyone has examples of this - was your baby early, on time or late following sertraline exposure?

Thanks

Bump as I'm interested, I've been on it for just over a month now, 23 weeks.

I took 100mg of sertraline throughout my pregnancy as advised by my doctor. My baby was nine days late.

Thanks for the bump and reply! Hopefully others will come along..

I've been on 50mg sertraline through my whole pregnancy and the doctor has never mentioned anything about baby coming early. The baby will come when he/she is ready.
