Can only see threads on "page 1 of 15" - what am I doing wrong?

Usually I am reasonably web-literate, but ... I seem to have gone all stupid. help!
I can see that there are supposedly 15 pages' worth of threads to read under "Pregnancy". However, all I can see is the first page (in alpha order, that just gives me all the ones beginning with digits, plus some of letter A).
When I click on any of the different page numbers (1-15) which are displayed at the top of the page, the page seems to refresh with basically the same selection of threads, and it still says "Page 1 of 15" at the top of the list.
Would really like to read beyond the A threads, can anyone advise? I fully expect to feel stupid when someone gently points out an obvious solution ...

Hmm - it seems a bit strange, having tried it. some of the later numbers seem to give different results. But the earlier ones don't, or partially do and partially don't. Bumping this for you, as I don't understand.

oh thank you ... I'll take you up on that!I'm just wondering what to expect. I am in Edinburgh, 9 weeks tomorrow, and I am wondering how soon I can expect to get notice of an appt for my 12-week scan. A friend tells me hers didn't happen until 14 weeks because of general slowness.
Am also wondering about a nuchal scan - I read an article somewhere that said they are only available privately to Edinburgh women (I assume there may be exceptions, but I have no real urgent need as far as I know). I had seen so many references to nuchal scans on mumsnet that I was assuming I would have one; but it seems not? I kind of want one, just for the reassurance, though I suppose that may just be first-timer paranoia.
If you want to just point me to another thread, rather than answering all my questions here, that would be great - I don't know if the original question in this thread will ever be solved!
