I am feeling uncomfortable now in the night and already have terrible insomnia. Can anyone recommend a great pregnancy pillow that makes sleeping more comfortable ? Do they work if you turn over in the night though?

I have the Theraline one from John Lewis

I have the sleep geni and found that comfortable but now I more pregnant (38 weeks) I don't need it as my bump reaches the bed when I am on my side.

For pregnancy insomnia I am finding hypno natal.therapy. I listen to the relaxation track, which is 14 minutes long, helpful.
