Not bloody but pinkily juicy is what I'd like to serve. But do i have to go for super well done in view of her condition?

I think you sort of probably do, pants. Hang on, I'll find something I wrote and send it to you.

I'm prenant and won't eat pink lamb.

Would cook it through just to be on the safe side.

God I misread this thread title about 5 times.

Thanks guys. Well done will have to do, then. I've forgotten all the recommendations that I once followed religiously and they've probably changed anyway! Any other obvious no nos I should be aware of? This is for a Sunday roast type meal.

Oh, she'll probably have decided that she can't eat anything, especially if it's her first pregnancy. If it's her second, she'll be more laid back. Anything beyond that, she'll probably swig down your booze and eat you out of house and home.

First and long awaited and hoped for and longed for and the best news so dinner must be v v pregnancy friendly. Thanks for the article- I think that covers it brilliantly.

really she should be feeding herself........

Lwatkins · 09/01/2007 23:26

Can you not serve the lamb how you intended and just cook your freinds a bit longer to cook it through. Best of both worlds, you serve the meal how you want but don't have to worry about your friend getting ill etc. Good luck

Jesus... I read "Can I feed my pregnant pink lamb! Was wondering where pink lambs came from as we have sheep and wondered if they were rouges

Slinking off now.....

Fireflyfairy2 · 09/01/2007 23:43

Huh they're replaced with toothpaste dried in all over the bathroom sink. Spot cream laying with the top off.. dirty knickers & socks kicked under the bed instead of the wash basket....

So much to look forward to eh?

OOps that was for another thread

hunkermunker · 09/01/2007 23:53

PMSL at practically everything about this thread, the title, the erroneous post - sorry Scummy, but ROFL!

dueat44 · 10/01/2007 14:22

perhaps you could just microwave her slices for 30 seconds, or give her an end piece??

tenbygirl · 10/01/2007 14:54

I thought this was going to be a thread about feeding sheep - was going to say that pregnant women should avoid sheep 'cos of toxaplasmosis or something
