Hey guys can someone help me!
I've been struggling to find time to cook meals since I fell pregnant. So i've started freezing meals. Does anyone know how long I can leave a cooked meal frozen for and still say it is acceptable to eat or how long they would leave it for until they'd say it's been there for too long?

Thank you hope someone can help me xxxx

I think frozen food usually lasts about a month, at least that's what it says on my chicken nuggets.

And the advice for freezing breast milk is that it is okay for a whopping six months! By that logic I wouldn't worry about your food being frozen for too long.

I would definitely eat a meal I had frozen a month or two later.

Meals you cook then freeze are good for 3 months in a proper freezer (-18℃). I however use them well after this time.
