Tmi - piles!

I've got a pile and it's abit sore. Can I use pile cream? I've tried looking online but it just says ask a doctor. :(

Yes! Germoloids is fine in pregnancy. I also recommend having a sachet of Fybogel everyday, which will help long-term.

Not looking forward to the piles when I give birth. They were huge last time :(
