I'm 24 weeks and I've been getting some pelvic pain the last couple of weeks, but now I've got an uncomfortable fanjo. It's a kind of aching sting, not stinging when I pee, no itching, just uncomfortable. Any Ideas? It's bloody typical that I have a big work thing on Saturday so no chance of a trip to the gp before next week (if I can get an appointment at all that is!).
