Sore boobs at 36 weeks - nearly there...?

Just wondering if anyone starting getting sore boobs around this time, and if so how long before you went into labour? I'm leaking small amounts of milk and getting quite uncomfortable in general. Baby is breech so as things stand I'll be having an elective section, but have a funny feeling today that I might go into labour before then!

I felt like this for 2 weeks from 35 weeks with my twins but no luck I had to be induced (and eventually have an EMCS) on Saturday at 36+6!
Everyone's different though so this may be a sign for you. Either way good luck and congratulations Thanks
