Am I pregnant?

I started feeling a bit sick, very nauseous, aches and pains vomiting etc but I thought nothing of it. Then a week before my period was due I had a light bleed and again assumed everything was normal. Symptoms was getting a bit worse so was considering going to doctor but I thought I'd take a test as I had one at home and it came back a very weak positive (picture attached) now that I've thought about it I'm meant to be on my period right now I'm only 2 days late, it was due to start Monday finish on Saturday. What do you guys think could I be pregnant?

The test looks so so faint I just didn't want to jump to conclusions I will definitely take another test in a couple days. Thank you so much if my definitely pregnant I'd be over the moon.

Right so i booked in with my dr today to get the ball rolling because it's about 3 weeks for an appointment. I wanted to double check everything so I took another 2 test and they came up negative does this mean I'm not pregnant ? I mean I still feel sick and my belly keeps having twinges

It means there isn't enough pregnancy hormone present to get a result on that brand of test. Which could be because you're very early on, or because you're not pregnant. I would test again with a sensitive test with first morning wee and see what you get.
