28 weeks and having some period like pains

Hi

I am just over 28 weeks pregnant with my 1st child. Over the passed couple of days I have had some mild period like pains, they come and go and usually only there in the morning. Baby is still kicking away and his heart beat sounds fine as I have a doplar. I'm unsure as to what these pains mean? Can anyone help me?

Probably just everything stretching, very normal in pregnancy. If you start getting regular contractions & can feel your bump go hard go get checked out!
