Sneezing

Not at good idea at 22 weeks. May I please not have a cold or hayfever later on.

Nuff said.

Round ligament pain is a delight isn't it! I'm 21+3 and every sneeze is followed with an expletive.

For me the leakage is more, um, pressing.

Ahh I have that joy to come... Are you doing your pf exercises?

I'm just recovering from a cold/tickly cough at 36 weeks. My poor pelvic floor I've been doing my exercises religiously and Pilates etc so it seems really unfair to still be leaking. Midwife was v reassuring though and said that 90% of preggo ladies leak a bit and that as long as you keep up with the exercises then things should improve dramatically after the birth. Fingers crossed!
