Breech baby

Hi all. I had a scan today and they said the baby is breech. Baby's head is under my ribs. I've checked out spinning babies and I'm going to ask my yoga teacher next week but is there anything that you found help to turn baby? I'm 28 + 2 so no one seems that bothered but want to try everything I can now

My baby turned at 32 weeks, I found out she was breech at 28 weeks too. I kept on my feet as much as possible and went on walks, Hope your baby turns!

Thanks lovely. The dogs getting lots of walks now then! I do hope baby turns. I work at a desk but will make sure I keep moving during the day. I've got a scan at 30 and a scan at 32 so hopefully have a good result!

I had a scan at 28/40 and baby was breech, then a scan 12hours later and baby was cephallic. I really wouldn't worry at the moment, they move all the time. Start being proactive about it after 34/40

Thanks fingers crossed baby moves. Got midwife appointment Tuesday so hopefully will be back to head down
