Symptoms have now totally gone

I'm 7 weeks and symptoms have now totally gone, no sore boobs anymore, no sickness nothing. I'm so worried that my pregnancy has gone wrong. What do you think?

Not everyone has morning sickness and for those that do it can be very different from person to person. My boobs certainly didn;t hurt all the way through my pregnancies but i can't remember the details now. If you are really worried see your GP.

Don't worry kitty power. I'm in my second pregnancy and never had any sickness or sore boobs. I just get really tired. I generally start out exhausted but by week 8 it starts to taper off a bit.
