Anyone else finding it really hard to eat salads or raw fruit and veg as pregnancy goes on. Its a combination of horrible gas pains and feeling a bit sick. Weather is getting so sunny I want to get away from a mushy brown diet but feels like my whole body hates me. Started around 16 weeks and at 26 its hard to find anything fresh to eat.

are even small portions unsafe? Are you active (exercise helps lots of things)
food in my pregnancies was an ordeal, just do whatever you have to is my advice!

I get this at work In the afternoons after eating blueberries and tangerines, so uncomfortable but want to try and eat healthy stuff

Try rennies deflatine. I have found these have really helped my trapped wind and I find fruit a trigger too. I also don't eat fruit before bed just limit it to during the day.
