ive had 2 mc in the last year, one normal, one missed! I was on the pill both other times though. I really want to get excited, as 2 of my closest friends have annouced they are pregnant, but im too scared!

I was in the kitchen this morning when my mouth started watering and i really thought i was going to throw up, i have never had that before, just a mild sicky feeling, this must be good news, right???

thanks

xx

You may not have gone back to a 28 day cycle right away.

it might be idea to try a 35 day cycle

MKG · 07/01/2007 12:04

Back in March I had a 45 day cycle (I don't know why just a freakish thing) follwed by 35 days, and each month got lower until I was back to my normal 30 day cycle.

lissielou · 07/01/2007 12:07

see, after the 1st mc i had a 33day cycle that went straight back to 28
2nd 26d cycle but i bled for nearly 20d
3rd 42d and went from 30-28 in m.

spose it depends on the woman and how long you bleed for

mia84 · 07/01/2007 12:09

Si i suppose im between 5 and 7 weeks then anyhow! so not a lot of difference. Do you think it would hurt to wait a month or so before ringing midwife??

i think for your own piece of mind you should see your gp

MKG · 07/01/2007 12:12

Call now and set your mind at ease. You don't want to spend a month wondering.

mia84 · 07/01/2007 12:12

mmmm, knew you would say that! I really dont want to though. I start thinking too far ahead and then get let down over again!

but if you dont you'll still worry, and (god forbid) if the worst were to happen youll feel even worse about it

mia84 · 07/01/2007 12:15

Ok, i'll give it a few days then. Just to get my head straight!

Your worse than my mother

If you go now, and they tell you it isn't a viable pregnancy (god forbid), you can start the testing to find out why.

As scary as it is, it's better to have answers than wonder.
