31 weeks, rock solid bump!

My bump has been solid for hours, feels like it's kind of stuck in a braxton hicks, I keep getting pains in my bump too but I think there more ligamenty pains. Iv been getting this for a few days now and even though I sit and relax it doesn't go away until the next morning.

It's also sort of muffling the baby's movement because it's so solid, if I don't sit still and pay attention I miss most of it!

Has anyone else had this? I had BH with my first baby but never quite like this

Any worries with movement you should go straight to calling midwives x

That's the thing, I don't think the movements have changed, I think I just can't feel them as much because the bump is so solid and running around after a toddler I dont always have enough time to pay attention. Does anyone no if the super solid bump is normal?

It could be you baby's position? Maybe it's got it's back pushed right up against the outside?

If it's a BH then try drinking quite a bit of water and relax for a bit.

I'm 31 weeks with a 2yr old and my bump does tend to tighten when I'm running around after my DS and sometimes if I'm dehydrated.
