1week ago today, I found out was 19weeks & 2 days pregnant. I had no idea as I was told I had only a 3% chance of pregnancy due to poly cystic ovaries. I put sore boobs down to mastitis, weight gain down to Xmas and being 42, indigestion down to too much eating and leg cramps were just that! I had no morning sicknesses and my lack of periods since November was not so for me!

We are ecstatic and cannot wait to me him/her on 13/8.

Miracles really do happen.

Has this unawarewness of pregnancy happened to any of you?

Congratulations! I became unexpectedly pregnant at 41. I would have had no idea but happened to have a pregnancy test in the cabinet and decided " What the hell.." My little surprise is now 8 years old..

Congratulations! How lovely to miss out on the early stressful weeks. I did not realise I was pregnant with DC2 until nine weeks but that's nothing compared to you! Do you know the gender of the baby?

Donnaryan42 · 28/03/2016 20:45

Ah thanks everyone. I have had my 20week scan, all appears ok and I made sure they didn't tell me the sex. I want a surprise.

I knew early on but know one woman who had no idea til 7 months went for a scan after she realised thinking she maybe 3 months or so her son was born 6 weeks later, another who went into a&e feeling ill and came out with a baby her mums a nurse and kept saying I would have known if she was pregnant even as the baby was being delivered 😂.

At least your half way there I'm due a couple of weeks after you and feel like I've been pregnant for ages already
