Hey guys!

Sorry for TMI. Me and my husband had sex last night and this morning I have been spotting. It has stopped and I don't have any pain but should I just leave it or call the midwife? It's bank holiday so their will only be the on call midwife? Nice advice much appreciated:)

I had this at almost exactly the same stage. It's probably nothing to worry about, but the midwife told me I needed to get it checked out, so I would call. (It was just cervical erosion, I had no more problems.)

I would call. Better to be reassured rather than keep worrying about it.

Call but try not to worry as it's very likely just cervical erosion
Basically lots more blood down there and therefore any friction can cause the cells to burst much more easily resulting in a bleed
As you DTD last night this sounds like what it is esp if you have no cramping or other symptoms
