They've told me to come in for 7am.

Soooo much adrenaline flowing now that I can't feel the pelvic pain that has been kicking my ass since January.

Exciting times Wink

Ooh, also after any recommendations regarding which band to buy, there are loads of different ones on Amazon. Thanks.

OP my milk took 6 days and we topped up with formula. Just keep at and your milk will come!

Thank you! My OH has been told, and therefore believes, that if the baby uses a bottle they will never get back on a nipple. Evening I had milk today I'd need some time before letting the baby on, I'm going to ask the breast feeding support worker about expressing so my milk keeps coming while my nipples recover.

It's so glamorous this motherhood business isn't it Hmm

Anyway baby seems happy as can be with formula for now and as long as she doesn't drop anymore weight it will have been a very good thing.
Thank you.

If you have breastfeeding support locally, please use it. It is possible to combine breast and bottle but it's reliant upon sufficient breastfeeding or expressing. Losing up to 10% of weight is normal. I shan't give reams of breastfeeding advice here as you might not want it. Please do ask though if you'd like. The feeding topic and a separate thread would be the best thing if you'd like to persevere with the breast. Plus rl help from a qualified bfing counsellor.

Sleeping wise, what's the problem? Is the pain around the wound? Is it something else? Have you still got stitches? I slept really propped up at first with a billion pillows behind me. Any prone position pulled too much.
