Hi all,
Wondering if someone can pls give me advice I am 5+4 and had mmc last July. Have been having mild cramps but now am starting to get sharp pains down my left side, don't remember having this when I had my little boy 6 years ago or last time. Can anyone advise on what it is or if I'm being paranoid. Thanks

I had this at 5 weeks and I'm at 9 weeks now and things seem to be progressing smoothly. (Had an early scan last week) When I googled it seemed common and said unless you have bleeding not to worry :)

Pain oppose to cramps is a sign of an epotic pregnancy. It is probably nothing but I would ring NHS direct to be on the safe side.

Yes, you need to go to A&E to get a scan so they can rule in/out ectopic pregnancy.

(It's the wrong side for appendicitis).
