I'm only 8 weeks pregnant and, at the moment, I have nausea all day after I have breakfast til I go to bed! I have tried some ginger sweets that didn't seem to help much and got the pukka three ginger tea today which is disgusting and tastes of turmeric.

Please tell me what helped you and when I can hope for this to end! Confused

If you can stomach it try fybogel for the constipation. 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. Get the orange flavour one and not the plain one as its easier to drink. It's kind of gritty so if you get it be prepared for that

sepa thank you I have some. I haven't given it much of a chance and only used a couple of times. Found it didn't do much but will try again as lactulose is gross and gives terrible wind and cramps.

I'm struggling to and am around 8/9 weeks.

I find being hungry makes it worse so I'm trying to eat often but still finding it bad. I've only actually been sick once but spend the rest of the day feeling nauseous. Mine is worst mid morning when my blood sugar tends to drop.

Today I've had special k at 6:15, a flapjack at 7am, 2 ginger biscuits at 7:40, and a banana at 8:15. I've just finished teaching a lesson and am now eating 2 cookies as I'm starving again and feel sick.

I am gonna put so much weight on as I am constantly having to eat.

I am in exactly the same boat. I throw up once at 5am and then feel nauseous all day. Foods that help me a bit are:

Ready salted crisps
Babybels
Bacon sandwiches 😳
Pasta in a basic tomato sauce
Jacket potatoes with butter and a strong cheddar grated on top
Orange juice ice lollies
The sour Haribos

Congrats on the pregnancy! I'm almost at 10 weeks and the nausea has been terrible since week 5. It wakes me up at night and everything - truly vile.
