Which hay fever remedies have you been told you can take when preggers?

I've just been prescribed Piriton tablets by my gp, think that might be the only one you can have. Have you tried local honey, a spoonful a day is meant to help.

Beconase nasal spray. I took it anyway and my gp continued to prescribe it.

There is an over the counter barrier nasal spray that you can take when pregnant. I think I got boots own brand. I need to go and restock today.

cetirizine and loratadine are both fine.
steroid nasal spray as well, but you might need a prescription as ghe chemist will not sell it to yoh when you are pregnant.

Loratidine is supposedly the first choice and then it is cetitizine
