I'm looking for a high quality omega 3 supplement that is safe to take in pregnancy. I've taken the NHP ones before but just wondering if there is another pure brand out there that might be a bit more affordable

Hi

I used the Equazen Mumomega capsules. At the moment you can get them on Amazon for £8.95 for a months supply. No idea how much the NHP ones are so not sure if they are more affordable or not.

Hope this helps

Lamberts Pure Fish Oil 1100mg, has 360mg of EPA and 240mg of DHA, which is pretty high from just one capsule.
