Has anyone had this noticed on early scan?

Had a scan at 9 weeks today as had a small amount of blood.
On the ultrasound there were kind of dots which the nurse gave a name but I can't remember. I think it was micro something.
She basically said its bits of blood particles and that's why I might have had some bleeding but she didnt really answer me when I asked if it was a concern so wanted to look it up. Wish I'd written down the name!!

I had this with my first pregnancy...basically just a pouch of blood outside the sack. I went back a week later and it was all gone. It's just dispersed without me having anymore bleeding. I'm sure if it was anything to worry about they would have made that clear and taken more time to explain...

Micro emboli?
