Hey - congratulations and sorry to hear you feel so poorly.
Don't beat yourself up for complaining about all day morning sickness. It's just incredibly draining and unpleasant, and there's very little that can be done until it (hopefully) starts to ease up between weeks 12 and 14.
Different things work for everybody. For me, it helped not to let my stomach get completely empty. So every 2/3 hours, I'd have something small and plain - an oatcake/simple yoghurt/banana/glass of milk - and I tried to keep my main meals small. I kept a banana/pack of oatcakes by the bed, and even when I didn't feel like it, when I woke up feeling grim, I'd force something down.
Sucking sugar free sweets (mints/M&S butterscotch) also helped, as did getting out for a walk when I could motivate myself off the couch.
Google for other suggestions - I'm sure there are trillions, but ultimately, try to listen to your body and do what feels right for you. It's mainly about endurance at this stage. Try to rest when you can, and fingers crossed, you'll be part of the lucky majority who feel better after the first trimester.
Good luck. x
