So nervous about 12 week scan today

I've been counting down the days till today and am now absolutely bricking it!! I really don't remember being this nervous for DD1... I really need to calm down otherwise will prob burst into tears when I get into the room!

Did others feel like this or do I need to have a word with myself?!

Also, I can't remember how the process worked last time re the NT-do you have to wait long for the results?

I was so excited up until the day then felt sick (even more than normal) with nerves. And we'd had a private scan at 8 weeks (as I had a panic). Think it's totally normal to be nervous! Dh watched the liquid measurement and knew from that the chances were lower, letter came through in about a week. I'm now 34 weeks and desperate to see baby again! (No scans since before xmas)

I was terrified for mine and everything was fine. The longer you wait for nt results the better-they ring you if you're high risk. Try and enjoy your scan

I am expecting DC4 and I have worried more with each one!
