Braxton Hicks - breathless and hot!!

Am getting loads and loads of BH's all the time - my bump is like a rock!!! Thing is, my heart races, I feel breathless and go flushed at the same time as the BHs. Is this normal??

Sometimes but today just extremely tight - have had them ALL morning. This has been going on since Sat on and off!!
