Feel like I'm going mad as still in the 2ww period as a result of being on the pill and basically knowing nothing about my cycles. But I'm getting some weird symptoms like a bit of EWCM and boobs are swollen, I need a pee a lot and I usually love these peanut protein bars I have but I've had one today and felt a little sick afterwards. Are any of these common signs in the really really early stages?

I can only speak for myself but I had no symptoms at all until roughly 6 weeks. Then I had cramps, really sore boobs, nausea and very dry patches of skin on my face and scalp.

My early symptoms were very sore boobs (which I also get pre AF) and a slightly upset stomach.
