Does any one know about implantation bleeding?

I'm about 5 weeks pregnant and have been having light bleeding since yesterday evening. I was wondering if its implantation bleeding? I don't have any pains as such just dull aches, which I remember from 1st pregnancy is quite normal.
I didn't have any bleeding before so am a bit worried.

I think it might be a bit more serious than implantation bleeding. I've just been to the loo and the bleeding is quite heavy now.

i fully understand i had m/c in june and was only 6 weeks i didnt go anywhere until i know it was gone then went to gp just to comfirm it had all gone! good luck
