Different symptoms from previous pregnancy - is this normal?

I was pregnant for a very short time last year and had the most severe sickness all day. I am now pregnant again and am just worrying about everything! I'm feeling a bit sick but not a patch on the last time, do you think this is normal or could there be something wrong? I've had an early scan which showed a heartbeat, but am still worried by my lack of symptoms

each pregnancy can be very different.

I was very sick with my daughter and hardly sick at all with my son.

After seeing a heartbeat on screen your chances of miscarriage are DRASTICALLY reduced so that is a really, really good sign.

all 3 of my viable pregnancies have been completely different and even the 3 mcs I had were all different. Doesnt mean anything sinister just that each baby affects you differently. If you have seen a hb it is 98% that will go on to healthy pregnancy.

Detection of a heartbeat reduces that chance of misscarriage by 50%. It is likely to be ok. Sickness also means your body is fighting to make the pregnancy work. Try to relax. I know how hard loosing a baby is and understand your fear but you will probably be ok. Good luck

each of my third pregnancies were totally different. Seeing a heartbeat is a good sign usually.

Has anyone else had the following early symptoms in pregnancy;

sore painful breasts very red areola
pain under arms
discomfort when sitting up butterfly feelings under rib cage

all wrapped up with nausea and extreme fatigue or am i just ill. Period not due for another 9 days!!!
