Breast/Nipple changes

Okay, a bit tmi here! I'm 4+6 and I noticed this morning when I came out of the shower that there are a few cream almost blister looking like in appearance spots/marks on my nipples and areola. Is this normal or something to worry about?

This is normal I had those on my nipples/breasts as you get further into your pregnancy you'll notice your breasts changing more. Mine were very tender up until around 13wks now they are only occasionally sore at 14 + 3. I think after 28wks you might notice your nipples leaking a bit too

Absolutely normal.

Prepare for your nips to get HUGE!

Huge and dark in colour! I learnt yesterday it's natures way of making them as visible as possible to babies as their vision isn't great when they're born. I hope that's true because there has to be a reason-mine scare me now!
